The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services and using this site as a shopping resource). Any other use of materials on this Site-including reproduction for purposes other than noted above, modification, distribution, or reproduction-without the prior written permission of DreamlandBedz is strictly prohibited.
Deposits
If you choose to pay a deposit for your order then you must be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order or return the product at a later date, unless we cancel your order due to unavailability of a product. Deposits will be refunded in full if we cancel your order due to unavailability of a product or a pricing or offer error.
Discount Codes
Discount codes and vouchers are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine multiple coupon codes or vouchers in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of DreamlandBedz and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer, coupon code or voucher at any time without notice.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, DreamlandBedz cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform members of staff at DreamlandBedz as soon as you place your order.
In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, DreamlandBedz will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses. Please thoroughly inspect all delivered items before accepting delivery.
Please note that drivers can only deliver to your house or flat’s front door unless you have selected the assembly option. Please measure doorways, stairways, and elevators correctly to ensure the bed can fit through before ordering. If the bed cannot fit, the driver will not accept a return.
We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
If you are unable to accept the delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of the dispatch email/text being sent to you. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the day without informing us beforehand, there will be a charge of £75 for redelivery to your address.
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Assembly
The assembly service offered on our website includes taking the bed to a room of your choice and assembling the bed frame. This does not include dismantling any existing beds, removing any old beds, or disposing of packaging. Please ensure there is adequate space to assemble the new bed.
For multi-story homes, please accurately measure stairways, doorways, and elevators to ensure the bed frame and mattress can fit through before ordering. If the bed cannot fit, the delivery team will not accept a return.
Warranty
We provide a comprehensive 90-day warranty on bed frames, meaning we will repair or replace any parts found defective in materials or workmanship within the first 90 days after purchase. We also provide a limited 2-year part replacement warranty, meaning we will provide free replacement parts if certain parts fail within 2 years due to defects. These warranties do not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, stains, or accidental damage. Please read the full warranty terms and conditions before purchase.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund by contacting us in writing via email or post. Custom-sized items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition, and include proof of purchase. You must also return any free promotional items included with the product.
If you return an item that is not faulty outside the 14-day cancellation period, a £125 restocking fee will apply. Please order fabric samples if unsure of color/material before purchase, as we do not accept returns based on color/material dislikes.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please obtain proof of postage, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit. Items must be returned in original packaging – do not tape or write on boxes. We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.
