Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund by contacting us in writing via email or post.
Custom-sized items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition, and include proof of purchase. You must also return any free promotional items included with the product.
If you return an item that is not faulty outside the 14-day cancellation period, a £125 restocking fee will apply. Please order fabric samples if unsure of color/material before purchase, as we do not accept returns based on color/material dislikes.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please obtain proof of postage, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit.
Items must be returned in original packaging – do not tape or write on boxes.
We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.
Warranty Returns
If a product is found defective within the 90-day comprehensive warranty period or 2-year limited part replacement warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge.
Contact us within the warranty timeframe and we will send replacement parts or arrange for repair service. We may require photos or inspection of the product before determining if the issue is covered under warranty.
Refunds for warranty returns will be issued once the defective item is received by us and inspected.
Warranty exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper assembly
- Misuse or abuse
- Stains
