At Dreamland Bedz, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship with every bed frame. We proudly offer a 90-day full warranty alongside a 2-year part replacement warranty, designed to give you confidence in your purchase and peace of mind for the years ahead.

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and applies only to the first retail customer. It is not transferable if the product is resold or gifted.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Structural components – including headboards, side rails, footboards, and centre support bars
  • Metal fittings – such as bolts, brackets, and centre support legs
  • Factory finishes – such as paint or coatings that peel or blister due to manufacturing defects
  • Defective parts – identified within two years of purchase will be replaced free of charge

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or natural changes in colour or texture
  • Damage resulting from:
    • Incorrect assembly or use of power tools
    • Using incorrect mattress sizes or unsupported weights
    • Exposure to damp, humidity, mould, or direct water
    • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper moving/storage
  • Mattresses, bedding, or accessories unless clearly included in the product description
  • Repairs or modifications not authorised by Dreamland Bedz

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the issue (wide and close-up).
  2. Email our team at info@dreamlandbedz.co.uk with:
    • Your order number or receipt
    • Photographs (10MB maximum)
    • A brief description of the problem and when it was first noticed

Our team will aim to respond within 2 working days and advise on the next steps.
